1. Information we collect

FanBridge may collect basic account information such as name, email address, profile details, username, creator bio, public page settings, membership tier details, and supporter form submissions.

2. Google login

Creators may sign in using Google. We use Google login to verify identity and create or access the creator dashboard. We do not receive your Google password.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. FanBridge does not store card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment credentials. We may store payment status, membership details, transaction references, and supporter information needed to display dashboard activity.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate creator profiles, process support and membership flows, show creator dashboard analytics, improve the product, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.

5. Public information

Creator display names, usernames, bios, public page content, membership tiers, and selected public supporter details may be visible on public FanBridge pages depending on the creator and supporter settings.

6. Data sharing

We may share limited information with service providers required to operate FanBridge, including authentication, hosting, database, email, analytics, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and supporter information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the platform secure and reliable.
