1. Overview
FanBridge is a creator-owned support page platform that allows creators to create public profiles, share supporter links, and receive supporter or membership intent through available payment rails. By using FanBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Creator accounts
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish on their FanBridge page, including display name, bio, membership tiers, supporter benefits, and settlement preferences. Creators must not use FanBridge for misleading, unlawful, abusive, or prohibited activity.
3. Supporters and payments
Supporters may choose to support a creator through the available payment flow. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. FanBridge does not store card details. Payment availability, settlement timing, and transaction review may depend on the payment provider.
4. Test mode and beta features
FanBridge may include test, sandbox, prototype, or beta features. These features may change, be limited, or be removed as the product develops. Test payments are not live payments and are used only to validate the checkout flow.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use FanBridge to promote fraud, scams, illegal activity, harmful content, impersonation, intellectual property abuse, or content that violates payment provider policies. FanBridge may restrict or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Platform changes
FanBridge may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
