Refund Policy

1. Support payments

FanBridge support payments and membership payments are generally intended to support a creator. Refund eligibility may depend on the creator’s policy, the nature of the payment, and the payment provider’s rules.

2. Test mode payments

During sandbox or test mode, payments are simulated and no live money is charged. Test transactions do not require refunds.

3. Live payments

Once live payments are enabled, supporters should contact FanBridge or the creator if they believe a payment was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or not fulfilled according to the stated membership/support terms.

4. Membership payments

Membership payments may provide access to creator recognition, updates, community status, or other benefits. Refund requests for membership payments will be reviewed based on payment status, access provided, creator policy, and applicable payment provider rules.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer, and payment provider.
